North beach (Marenda)

The northernmost beach of the resort (next to Tamariguer beach), towards Saint-Cyprien and the Mas Larrieu national nature reserve.

Plage Nord, also known as Plage de la Marenda, is renowned for its fine sand and Mediterranean waters.

La Marenda is surrounded by dunes, which add to the natural beauty of the area. Dunes can be fragile and important to the local ecosystem, so be sure to respect local rules for environmental protection when visiting the beach.

The beach is easily accessible, with ample free parking (dirt).

Windsurfing and light dinghies are permitted on part of the area.

The Plage Emeraude club offers deckchair and parasol hire, as well as a wide range of water sports: pedalos, kayaks, stand-up paddle, windsurfing, funboarding, wingfoil…

You can also dine at the Hawaii Beach Club.
