Built between the 19th and 20th centuries, the park belonged to the Pams and Bardou families. They transformed this wine-growing estate into a site of exceptional architecture, of which many traces remain: fountains, sculptures, basins, crypt, etc.
There’s also a botanical and cultural interpretation trail to learn more about the history, culture, heritage, flora and fauna of Argelès-sur-Mer and the Albères region. It features some 15 thematic panels that will appeal to all ages.
Parc de Valmy is also the starting point for a number of hiking, mountain biking and Nordic walking trails. Perfect for combining
